Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are needed whenever a property is built, sold or rented. 

An EPC contains information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs, recommendations about how to reduce energy use and save money.

The installation of a PV array is a simple and effective way to reduce your outgoing bills and offset the cost of the electric you do import.  Export rates are rising almost as quickly as the cost of what you buy.   Independent advice based on your requirements, after an initial site visit, we can provide a system specification and full installation cost.  

The Panels will then just sit there, generating savings and income.

Over the last five years battery technology has improved dramatically. If you want to add them to a new Solar PV system, adding to an existing array, even if you have no Solar Panels, we can provide a solution.

Heat Pumps offer and provide an energy efficient heating and hot water solution, but only if it is right for your property.  Combine a heat pump with a Solar PV array and the ongoing costs can be drastically reduced.  With access to the Government Grant schemes, BUS & ECO, which both offer substantial contributions to the installation cost.  Depending on your circumstances it may not cost you anything.
